We love New Zealand wildflower honey, especially when drizzled over waffles and pancakes. We wanted to create a wildflower honey botanical gelato ice cream that could be used on baked confections or, quite simply, enjoyed with fresh berries and cream. We sourced organic honey, infused it with German chamomile flowers and churned the mix of delightful ingredients into a smooth, creamy Wild Honey Chamomile botanical gelato ice cream.

Fresh milk, cream, skimmed milk powder, wild honey, chamomile, sugar, dextrose, maltodextrin, glucose, plant-based emulsifiers & stabilizers.
