After a few months of reworking our gourmet gelato ice cream recipes. We are proud to say that we’ve got it. Our keto, sugar-free, low carb, and diabetic-friendly gelato ice cream flavors are free from added sugars. We use Erythritol, Stevia, and Monkfruit which are sugar alternatives from natural sources. These sugar alternatives are good for your keto or diabetic-friendly lifestyle as they do not spike your blood glucose and insulin levels. Some of our gelato ice cream flavors contain cookies. We understand your need for a low carb lifestyle. Therefore, instead of using wheat flour to make cookies for our gelato ice cream, we use fine almond flour to ensure that all cookies and baked goods used for our keto & diabetic-friendly range of gelato ice cream are in line with your dietary requirements.
